  • I dyed my hair black can I avail hair color again?

    A: If you dyed your hair black, usually the color won’t be even. But it would be better to visit us to get alternative recommendations

  • DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR REBOND/KERABOND VS LOREAL REBOND/KERABOND

    A: For regular Rebond/Kerabond, we only use one specific product for all hair types.

    A: For L’oreal Xtenso Rebond/Loreal Kerabond, we do have 3 variants: Normal, Resistant, and Sensitized, which our stylists can pick from and can cater for specific hair types. This is also recommended for hair that has been rebonded multiple times as this is milder than the regular rebond.


  • DIFFERENCE OF ANTI FRIZZ SERVICES

    A: Brazilian treatment provide hair a deep glossy shine and help minimize frizz, whereas Cysteine treatment are ideal for people with very unmanageable, bleached, or frizzy hair since they strengthen the roots of the hair. Depending on how you take care of your hair, both procedures can last up to three months. 


  • ASKING FOR SUGGESTIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS

    A: It would be better if you can visit our salon and get your hair checked by our stylist in person as it will still depend on your hair condition. They can recommend a service for your hair goals. We do assessment first before proceeding with any services

  • BREASTFEEDING CLIENT

    A: It would be better if you can consult your OB first to know if there are certain chemicals that you need to avoid as a breastfeeding mom. Just then, we can recommend the best service for you.

  • PREGNANT CLIENT

    A: We suggest to consult your OB first if it's allowed to get your hair done. For reference, we also do not recommend our straightening treatments for our valued pregnant clients as most of them has a strong fume or smell. 


  • WHAT TREATMENT FOR DRY HAIR?

    A: Kindly check under our anti-frizz section. You can also visit us and get your hair checked for FREE by our senior stylists. They will recommend the best treatment for your hair.

  • WHAT IS SDU?

    A: SDU is a bond protector that prevents other damage to happen during service. It is mixed with rebond, color, and bleaching process.

  • OPERATION HOURS

    A: Feel free to message or visit us. We are open from 10am - 9pm everyday at SM branches, and 10am-7pm at Calamba and Dasma branch.

    A: We accept cash, gcash, maya, bank transfer, credit, and debit card payments.
